For light carpentry we mean cutting and shaping of sheet metal with a thickness between 1.50 and 30 mm, performed in accordance with the specifications provided by the customer.
The manufacturing process starts from the coil or sheet of the chosen material, which is sheared or plasma cut, shaped and punched according to the order.
Materials include sheet steel, pickled, striated, embossed steel of various qualities and standards, galvanized steel, stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316, natural, rice grain and pre-painted aluminium of various types and thicknesses.
In collaboration with our partners, we can integrate additional manufacturing processes, such as laser cutting, welding, galvanizing.

MATERIALS
The following materials are available in stock:
- Steel of various qualities, with thicknesses ranging from 0.60 to 30 mm
- Embossed and striated sheets, from 3 to 8 mm
- Galvanized steel, with thicknesses from 0.60 to 5 mm
- Stainless steel AISI 304 – AISI 316 – various thicknesses
- Natural aluminium, rice grain, pre-painted, various thicknesses
- Stainless steel plates, steel, tubular

Our machines allow the following production parameters:
SHEARS
- Length mm: 1500 – Maximum thickness mm: 20.
- Length mm: 2000 – Maximum thickness mm: 8.
- Length mm: 4000 – Maximum thickness mm: 4 – 15.
- Length mm: 6000 – Maximum thickness mm: 12.
FORMING PRESSES
- Length mm: 6000 – Maximum thickness mm: 4.
- Length mm: 8000 – Maximum thickness mm: 15 – 20.
OXY-FUEL CUTTING CENTRE
- Length mm: 3000 x 12000 – Maximum thickness mm: 30.
SERVICES
Upon request we also manufacture for THIRD PARTIES.

UPON REQUEST, the materials supplied can be accompanied by a certificate of origin issued by the manufacturer.
